Immanuel Lutheran Church has been a presence in Adams County since 1849, when German immigrant families gathered in a farmhouse to hear the Word of God proclaimed. That same Word, and the Sacraments Christ instituted, remain at the center of everything we do.
Our services are historic and liturgical. If you are looking for a church where the ancient faith is confessed without apology, where the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed every Sunday, and where the Lord’s Supper is received as the true body and blood of Christ, you are welcome here.
